Each home is built custom for you. We can walk you through floor plans, create renderings and show you the parcel where this will be built, but it may not be finished yet. You are welcome to check in on the construction process at any point.

Our team is working hard on creating a trail for specific access to the mountains. The ski-on ski-off trail will connect directly to Bear Mountain which will give you access to the rest of the Killington trails

Less than 8 minutes! It ends up being about 3 miles away. You can also ski directly to the Bear Mountain if you don't feel like driving or want to stop by the house for a quick lunch or hot cocoa break.
